We want anyone who contacts Estimatespiano Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template and not legal advice.

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done at your home, first take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know that Estimatespiano Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@estimatespiano.living and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
