Estimatespiano Concrete is a referral service. We connect homeowners who want new concrete projects with independent providers. This page is not about jobs at Estimatespiano Concrete. It is for contractors who run their own business and would like to hear from homeowners.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who work on residential concrete flatwork, such as:

• New concrete driveways
• Concrete patios
• Residential stamped concrete
• Related walkways and slabs

You should serve Oakland or the Oakland area. We are not looking for repair-only or emergency calls. Our homeowners are planning new work.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often juggling work, school and errands. They need a provider who respects that. We ask providers in our network to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your state and city require
• Give clear written quotes
• Explain the schedule, access needs and cure time in plain words
• Return homeowner calls and messages with courtesy
• Be honest when a job is outside your skills

You stay independent. You set your own prices, choose your jobs and do the work. Estimatespiano Concrete does not supervise projects or promise any volume of calls.

• Photos of past finished projects, if you have them
• The easiest way for homeowners to reach you

We review each note and reply if there is a fit. Availability in each area changes, so a quick answer is not always possible.
